Thoughts on Weigh Day Eve #6

I can’t believe it’s been 6 weeks since I began this diet in earnest, or should I say “lifestyle change.” I’m definitely seeing some minor changes, nothing earth-shaking yet, but it’s still early.

I’ve learned enough to know that it doesn’t really matter what kind of week I think I had, as far as the scale is concerned, so I’ve given up making predictions. I missed a day of exercise this week, in addition to Sunday, which I normally take off, and two other days I did half a workout due to not feeling well. So I had only three solid, complete workouts. But I did pretty well food-wise. I do hope to see a pound or two gone, but if that doesn’t happen, I will be fine.

Most likely, I will stop posting these Weigh Day Eve updates, but I’ll of course be posting tomorrow on Weigh Day, otherwise known on occasion as MayDay! MayDay! See you then!
