Weekly Weigh Day #21: Progress to be determined

I was out of town on Friday so I wasn’t able to weigh myself on my own scale. I used my sister’s, which if you’ll recall, has been very kind to me. But I know it’s too good to be true, so in the absence of a reliable number, I’m going to have to assume I stayed the same this week.

+/- 0 pounds

Next weigh-day, this Friday, I should be on my own scale again. I don’t really believe what it says either, but for the sake of consistency, I have pretend I do. :)

Serena, I stumbled across your blog today while looking for how people stay motivated to be healthy. Keeping a weekly blog on your progress is great–and very brave. Thank you, Robert! I will admit I’m struggling at the moment – but anxious to get back on track. Hopefully my blog will reflect that soon. :)
