Weekly Weigh Day #5: So glad I didn’t quit!

Yes, people, the news is good! Take a gander at this number:

-5 pounds

So that’s another of these babies gone (3 total so far)!

See ya later, taters…oh, that’s right, I WON’T SEE YOU EVER AGAIN!

Not to get overconfident, though. Confidence is good, cockiness can be dangerous, as I’ve learned.

In any case, I’m celebrating today. I made “French toast” for breakfast, a little change of pace. It uses eggs, cream, Splenda, cinnamon, and believe it or not, pork rinds. It actually tastes like a cross between an omelet and French toast, with butter, Splenda, and cinnamon as syrup. Yummy. And less than 4 carbs overall.

And I’m going to do my workout with extra enthusiasm because I feel so happy about my progress. Woo hoo!
