Weekly Weigh Day #6: More fluctuations

Kinda bummin’ today because I gained a pound and a half this week. But I was prepared for that possibility, so I’m not really that shocked. It’s happened before and it will happen again, I’m sure.

+1.5 pounds

This is where weight averaging would probably make things easier. I’ll be writing a post about that option soon.

The explanation for the gain? Could be anything. I may be retaining water, I may not be eating enough healthy fats, I may be gaining muscle. Let’s assume it’s the latter!

One of my favorite pairs of jeans is definitely getting looser and starting to bunch a little when I tighten my belt. They’ll still be wearable for a little while, but they are definitely showing a bit of a difference, so that’s something positive I’m going to focus on.

Also on the bright side, I didn’t burn the bacon this morning! That’s a first. :)
