Weekly Weigh Days #9 and #10: At sort of a standstill

I can’t believe I forgot to record my weight last week! So I’ll catch up in this post. Last week’s news was so-so:

+/- 0 pounds

Wah-wah-waaaaah. Nothing to jump up and down about, but not the end of the world. The next day I weighed myself on my sister’s scale, and it showed 166, which is 10 pounds lower! I LOVE her scale! But she wouldn’t let me take it home. So I still don’t know what to believe.

Today’s news makes last week’s seem good:

+2 pounds

This scale is really making me mad. I jumped on a second time and it showed that I was the same as last week. What’s up with the 2-pound difference in about 10 seconds? I had let the scale power down and everything. But I’m using the first number to be consistent because that’s what I’ve done every week.

So needless to say, I’m frustrated and not having a good time at this point. And I had extra carbs today in protest. Like that’s going to help, I know. But I’m just going through one of those rough periods. Hang in there with me!
